Dr. Joseph Mazza moved his practice from Evans Avenue in Fort Myers to our current state‑of‑the‑art surgical facility in January 1995. On December 31, 2025, ownership of Mazza Plastic Surgery transitioned to Dr. Mazza’s colleague, Dr. Davek Sharma. Now, our practice has rebranded from Mazza Plastic Surgery to Sharma Plastic Surgery, but rest assured, the expert care, trusted experience, and exceptional results you’ve always relied on has remain unchanged.
Our facility includes an AAAAPSF‑certified operating room, a dedicated recovery room, and a specialized skin‑care procedure room. Patients are welcomed into a luxurious waiting area, along with a private post‑operative waiting space designed for comfort and discretion.

Check in/Check out
You are greeted by the friendly staff as soon as you step through the doors and up to the check in area. Every person is treated with courtesy and respect and confidentiality is standard. Our check out area staff will assist you with your scheduling and financial transactions.
Skin Care Procedure Room
Sharma Plastic Surgery is proud of its skin care program which is administered by Sara Levene, APRN, BC., under the direction of Dr. Mazza and Dr. Sharma.

Small Procedure Room
The small procedure room at Sharma Plastic Surgery is where small repairs or excisions are performed under local anesthesia. These procedures usually take thirty minutes or less.
Operating Room
Sharma Plastic Surgery’s operating room is an accredited facility through the AAAASF (American Association For Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities, Inc.) for over 20 years. This is where Dr. Mazza and Dr. Sharma perform the surgeries they take such pride in.
